Two iconic Canadian rock bands to play free concerts at Sun Peaks

KAMLOOPS – Sun Peaks has announced the headliners for the annual Summer Concert Series.

Classic Canadian rock bands Trooper and 54-40 will each be headlining free shows in the mountain resort village this summer.

54-40, the Vancouver-based rock band known for songs like “Ocean Pearl,” will be playing on Canada Day, July 1, with a show at 6 p.m.

Trooper will “Raise a Little Hell” and close out the summer season at the resort on Aug. 26.

The exact location and time of the concert is still being determined.
