MONTREAL – A two-year-old boy who had been fighting for life since being found at the bottom of a Montreal hotel pool on Wednesday has died.
The coroner’s office says the child died on Friday night.
The boy had been in critical condition since he and his 36-year-old father were found without vital signs in the indoor pool of a Mariott Residence Inn earlier this week.
The child’s father, an American tourist, was declared dead after paramedics failed to revive him.
The incident is under investigation.
