iN PHOTOS: Snowbombing takes Sun Peaks by storm

SUN PEAKS – Thousands of people headed to Sun Peaks over the past five days for the Snowbombing 2017 music festival.

This year marks the first time Snowbombing has been held on North American turf, but it has gained popularity in Europe over the years.

Sun Peaks estimated around 4,000 guests would convene in the ski resort from April 6 to April 10 to hear headliners like Ludacris and Kaskade play intimate shows.

While the festival officially wraps up today, April 10, here's a selection of photos capturing the music and sport events from the weekend.
