Clarification: School Threat-Lawsuit story
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – In a story May 1, The Associated Press reported that an Arkansas Education Department official ordered the Vilonia School District to re-admit a student who the district believed could be dangerous. The agency paid a hearing officer to conduct an independent review, but the hearing officer is not an agency employee.
