Forest fire prompts Goldcorp to order evacuation of Elenore project in Quebec
VANCOUVER – Goldcorp Inc. (TSX:G) says a forest fire has prompted the company to order the evacuation of most employees working on its Elenore project in the James Bay region of Quebec. Goldcorp says the fire is currently about 100 kilometres away and advancing towards the mine sit with the prevailing winds.
