Overnight lane closures will be in effect on Highway 97 between Ethel Street and Gordon Drive beginning Monday, Sept. 29 until Friday, Oct. 10 from 9:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. to allow extension of the eastbound left-turn lane.
Left-turns will still be in operation in that location, but a portion of the lane and the adjacent eastbound lane will be cordoned off for construction crews.
The Highway 97 westbound lane closest to the median will also be closed during construction hours.
This project will upgrade the intersection at Gordon Drive and Highway 97 to ensure safety and maintain traffic flow on the truck route.
