Kelowna police investigating motorcyclist who flashed teen girls

KELOWNA – Police are looking for a man they say exposed himself to two teenage women in Kelowna.

The incident happened Sept. 8, almost three weeks ago, but Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey sent out a release today asking for the public’s help.

The two teenage girls were on the 700 block of Rutland Road North around 7:30 p.m. when a man on a black motorcycle pulled up.

“After striking a conversation with the two youths, the suspect allegedly exposed himself and offered each of the girls an undisclosed amount of cash,” O’Donaghey says in a media release. “Both girls reportedly told the man 'no', at which time he left the area without further incident.”

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his late 20s to early 30s, of average height and weight, with red- or strawberry blonde-coloured hair and a beard. He was seen wearing a black Harley-Davidson branded T-shirt and a pair of dark-coloured pants.

He arrived on a black motorcycle, possibly a Harley-Davidson, with “U” shaped handle bars.
