Penticton police nab woman for vehicle break and enters
PENTICTON – Penticton RCMP have arrested a woman in connection with a string of vehicle break-ins yesterday.
RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Don Wrigglesworth says police were called to Arnott Place around 5:45 a.m. yesterday, Sept. 25, after receiving calls about a woman breaking into vehicles on the street.
Officers caught up with the woman on Brandon Avenue and arrested her after finding items from the vehicles in her possession, Wrigglesworth says.
The 42-year-old woman was released on a promise to appear in court in November.
