UFC president says he never met Rob Ford but would have had fun if he did

LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Rob Ford is fighting for his political survival so perhaps it’s not surprising UFC president Dana White was asked about the embattled Toronto mayor ahead of UFC 167.

Did White ever run across Ford in his visits to Toronto, he was asked by an American reporter after Thursday’s pre-fight news conference.

“I never have. Seems like I would have fun if I did, though,” said White, drawing laughs.
