Winter closure for sports fields

The City of Kelowna will close its sports fields to begin winter maintenance as of Friday, Oct. 31.

Residents and sport teams are asked to respect the closure signs to help maintain quality turf for when the fields open again next spring.

The artificial turf sports field at Mission Recreation Park will remain open, except when covered in snow. Teams can book the space through the City.
