Lara to get stake in Aguila Resources in return for Brazilian potash project

VANCOUVER – Lara Exploration Ltd. of Vancouver (TSXV:LRA) has agreed to sell its Sergipe potash project in Brazil to Aguia Resources Ltd. (ASX:AGR). Under the option agreement, Lara will receive up to 15 million shares of Aguia and US$100,000 cash and Aguia will perform US$1.5-million worth of exploration within two years.
