Toronto Stock Exchange (13,735.28 up 92.06 points):

Teranga Gold Corp. (TSX:TGZ). Miner. Up five cents, or 5.95 per cent, to 89 cents on 7.9 million shares.

Fortis Inc. (TSX:FTS.IR). Utilities. Up 43 cents, or 1.44 per cent, to $30.31 on 7.3 million shares.

Osisko Mining Corp. (TSX:OSK). Miner. Down 30 cents, or 4.35 per cent, to $6.59 on 6.8 million shares.

Orbite Aluminae Inc. (TSX:ORT). Miner. Up three cents, or 9.09 per cent, to 36 cents on 6.2 million shares.

Air Canada (TSX:AC.B). Airline. Up 46 cents, or 6.42 per cent, to $7.63 on 5.6 million shares.

Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. (TSX:POT). Fertilizer. Down 69 cents, or 1.94 per cent, to $34.89 on 5.4 million shares. PotashCorp says its fourth-quarter profit dropped to US$230 million or 26 cents per share, missing analyst estimates of 31 cents per share.

Toronto Venture Exchange (952.88 down 5.88 points):

Apogee Silver Ltd. (TSXV:APE). Miner. down 0.5 cents, or 25 per cent, to 1.5 cents on 6.4 million shares.

Emerald Bay Energy Inc. (TSXV:EBY). Oil and gas. Unchanged at one cent on 6.2 million shares.

Norbord Inc. (TSX:NBD). Wood products. Up $1.35, or 4.64 per cent, to $30.45 on 507,670 shares. The wood panel producer says it expects to maintain its quarterly dividend at 60 cents this year — despite a recent weakening of North American prices for its construction materials. The company adopted a variable payout last April, which rises or falls depending on the market cycle. At least one analyst had expected Norbord would cut the dividend later this year.

Gabriel Resources (TSX:GBU) Miner. Down four cents, or 3.28 per cent, to $1.18 on 481,876 shares. The Canadian miner says a tribunal in Romania has temporarily suspended a key permit for its Carnic open pit mine at its Rosia Montana project. The company says three non-governmental organizations applied for the suspension of the archeological discharge certificate pending a court case to cancel the permit. The next court date is Feb. 10.
