TORONTO – The injury list keeps growing for Toronto FC.
Jermain Defoe, Michael Bradley, Jonathan Osorio and Doneil Henry were just some of the players that missed practice Tuesday.
Dwayne De Rosario, Alvaro Rey and Kyle Bekker, who like Bradley played in Saturday’s 2-0 win in Columbus, are also hurting.
“Its only Tuesday,” said manager Ryan Nelsen, hopeful that he will get some of those players back for this weekend’s home game against the Colorado Rapids (2-1-1).
Toronto improved its record to 3-1-0 with the weekend win over the Crew.
