Former pop singer Linda Ronstadt puts house in midtown Tucson for sale

TUCSON, Ariz. – Former pop singer and Tucson native Linda Ronstadt has her put house in the southern Arizona city up for sale.

The Arizona Daily Star reports (http://ow.ly/wneB3 ) Ronstadt bought the home in 1994.

Built in 1929, the Mediterranean-style home has more than 4,200 square feet and sits on 1.27 acres in the midtown Colonia Solana neighbourhood.

The asking price is $1.6 million.

Ronstadt, who has Parkinson’s disease, was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame three weeks ago. She lives in San Francisco and is retired.
