Three people killed and five injured in crash in southern Ontario
PELHAM, Ont. – Three people are dead and five others are in hospital following a two-vehicle crash early today in Ontario’s wine country.
The crash occurred near Pelham, Ont., south of St. Catharines.
Niagara Region police say four of the injured are in serious condition and the fifth needed to be airlifted to a hospital in Hamilton.
Police say there were four people in each car and that three of the people killed were in the same vehicle.
No names, ages or genders have been released, nor have police said what may have caused the crash.(CP24)
