VERNON – A woman riding a 4-wheeled scooter was involved in a crash with a car on 39 Avenue near Pleasant Valley Road in Vernon Sunday afternoon.

The victim was taken to Vernon Jubilee Hospital with unknown injuries.

RCMP interviewed witnesses at the scene.

The road was down to single lane, alternating traffic for a short time.
