PENTICTON – A man being sought by Penticton RCMP for several offences is in police custody this morning.
Penticton RCMP spokesperson Const. James Grandy said in a media release today, March 6, Cody Pelletier has been located and taken into custody after he was found hiding in a Penticton home.
Police asked for the public's assistance in locating Pelletier last week. He was wanted on numerous property related offences including break and enter, arson and breach of probation.
RCMP don't say when Pelletier was arrested.
He is scheduled to appear in Penticton court today.
