ANMORE, B.C. – Coquitlam Search and Rescue is responding to a report of a missing swimmer in Buntzen Lake in Anmore, B.C.
Tom Zajac, vice-president and search team leader, says the RCMP has activated the team.
He says it’s responding with 20 crew members and two boats.
Zajac says he doesn’t have details on the gender or age of the missing swimmer, or information from witnesses, to share at this time.
Buntzen Lake is about 35 kilometres northeast of Vancouver.
