City and Colour makes Kelowna stop on international tour
More than two years after his last Okanagan stop, Dallas Green of City and Colour is on his way back to Kelowna.
Set to perform at Prospera Place Sunday, Nov. 10, Green is touring in support of his sixth studio album, A Pill for Loneliness.
Released Oct. 4, the album marks a new exploration for the singer-songwriter. An optimistic guitar track holds together the otherwise dark, and at times pessimistic, tone embodied in the track Astronaut, the album’s lead single that dropped June 3, 2019.
Green’s A Pill for Loneliness tour kicks off in Boston Monday, Oct. 21. The North America stretch of the tour wraps up at the end of May before Green heads to Europe in February. The final stop of the world tour is in Hobart, Australia on April 28, 2020.
Tickets for Green’s Prospera Place performance range from $41 to $81 and are available online through Select Your Tickets. According to the ticket office, all tickets purchased online include the choice of a CD or digital copy of the album.
