Penticton RCMP seized drugs and firearms after executing a search warrant last week.
Officers from the Street Enforcement Unit conducted a search warrant at a motel suite in the 2000 block of Skaha Lake Road on May 1, resulting in the arrest of two men, according to an RCMP media release. RCMP do not identify the motel.
During the search, officers seized a handgun and several grams of suspected drugs, believed to be fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Charges have been submitted to the prosecutor’s office for charge consideration, RCMP said.
