CP NewsAlert: Liberals projected to finish just shy of majority in razor-close race
OTTAWA — The Canadian Press decision desk is projecting Prime Minister Mark Carney will lead a minority Liberal government.
Elections Canada has nearly wrapped up counting all the ballots in what turned out to be a razor-close race that will leave the Liberals three seats short of winning a majority.
Recounts in some ridings are expected.
