Talk budget with council: open house at the Westbank library

The West Kelowna community is invited to drop in at an open house at the Westbank Library to get answers to these questions and take la look at the highlights of the Draft 2014 Budget. Mayor and members of Council and District of West Kelowna staff will be on hand to answer your questions and receive your comments.
