1,500: Bucks a month get a 580 square foot apartment on Edmonton Avenue in Penticton.
1,550: Dollars to rent a 376 square foot micro-suite in Kamloops, the perfect size to fit your bed and maybe even a chair.
4: Dollars per square foot for a micro-suite in Kamloops.
3.80: Per square foot for the average studio in Kelowna.
189,900: For a two-bed, one-bath in Vernon and the ad says it’s “well cared for”.
12: Years ago was the last time, aside from the pandemic, that home sales in Central Okanagan were this low.
25: Per cent lower than the 10 year average for home sales in Central Okanagan.
1,096: Homes went on the market in Central Okanagan in March, the most listings in the past 26 years.
