A Kamloops man has been charged with sexual assault and police hope that someone will come forward with more information.
Kamloops RCMP arrested Dorian Michael Ilett, 27, who might also be known as Dorian Pentney, for sexual assault, uttering threats and two counts of criminal harassment in late May, according to a press release from police issued today, June 13.
Ilett is in custody and is set to appear in court later this month.
“Police believe there may be people in our community who have additional information which could assist in advancing the investigation,” RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Dana Napier said in the release. “We are asking anyone who thinks they might know something to please contact the detachment as soon as possible.”
Anyone with information has been asked to contact the Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 and cite files 2025-15933 and 2025-13577.
