ISTANBUL (AP) — Turkey’s soccer federation temporarily banned 102 players from playing in matches over a betting scandal on Thursday.
The players were referred to the Turkish Football Federation’s Professional Football Disciplinary Board as part of the ongoing betting investigation.
The board suspended top-tier players from playing for terms ranging from 45 days to one year.
