What’s happening this weekend in the Okanagan and Kamloops

February isn’t over yet, so don’t miss these events happening across Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton and Kamloops.

KELOWNA

  • Wild & Scenic Film Festival – This 7th annual environmental film festival comes to the Metro Hub on Feb. 20 from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $35.
  • Introduction to Tiny Homes – Learn the basics of tiny home living with off-grid educator Kenton Zerbin at the Okanagan Regional Library on Feb. 21 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Entry is free.
  • Okanagan Fight Night 7 – Experience an action-packed night of hard-hitting combat sports at the Kelowna Community Theatre, Kelowna on Feb. 21, starting at 6 p.m. Tickets are $77.11.
  • WhatNow Life Coaching Workshop – Join a personal-growth session at the Okanagan Regional Library on Feb. 22 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Explore meditation, mindset training, and more. Entry is free.
  • OCCA 2026 Spring Lantern Festival – Celebrate culture, cuisine, and incredible performances at the Kelowna Events Centre on Feb. 22 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets are $29 for a standard meal, $85 for meal plus an enhanced experience, and $15 for kids under twelve.

VERNON

  • Predator Ridge Hiring Fair – Meet the team and explore summer job opportunities across multiple departments at Predator Ridge Resort on Feb. 21 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Entry is free.
  • NOCS Trail Ninjas MTB Movie Night – Celebrate local riders, trails, and B.C. athletes on the big screen at the Vernon Towne Theatre on Feb. 20, starting at 6 p.m. Tickets are $15 each.
  • The Aye of the Storm Workshop – Discover calm within chaos through meditation, breathwork, coaching, and grounding practices at Noble Yoga from Feb. 20 to 21 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are $65 per session.
  • Legally Blonde The Musical – Follow Elle Woods’ journey from sorority life to Harvard Law at the Powerhouse Theatre on Feb. 20, starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $51.50 each.
  • Blues Jam – Join a high-energy monthly blues jam at The Longhorn Pub on Feb. 22 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Entry is free.

PENTICTON

  • Wreath of Fresh Air – Create a calming eucalyptus wreath at Sahara Garden Art on Feb. 19, starting at 6 p.m. or Feb. 21, starting at 1 p.m. Tickets are $55 each.
  • Pressed Flower Suncatcher Workshop – Make your own light-catching suncatcher with pressed flowers at Enchanted Florist on Feb. 22 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets are $60 each.

KAMLOOPS

  • The Fiancée – Catch this hilarious Canadian farce at Sagebrush Theatre all weekend long at varying times. Tickets start at $25 each.
  • Table Twelve Fifty Seafood Boil – Enjoy a decadent seafood feast at Table Twelve Fifty on Feb. 20 and 21 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets start at $190 for two to three people or $245 for three to four people. Reservations are required.
  • Black History Celebration – Celebrate diversity and culture with an Afro-Caribbean dinner, panel discussion, business showcase, and more at TRU Grand Hall on Feb. 21 from 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Tickets start at $70 each.
  • Viva Las Vegas Social – Step into the glitz and glamour of Vegas at Cascades Casino on Feb. 21 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Enjoy a photo booth, live entertainment, complimentary drinks, and more on the gaming floor. Entry is free.
