Passport Potash says court claim filed by NAPD Group has been dismissed

VANCOUVER – Passport Potash Inc. (TSXV:PPI) says it has won a court battle with the so-called NAPD Group, made up of North American Potash Developments Inc. and other parties. Passport said that, as a result, it has acquired 25 royalty-free exploration permits in Arizona. Passport has nearby properties in the Holbrook Basin.
