Shannon Tweed and Gene Simmons’ daughter to perform with Tenors in Dallas

TORONTO – The daughter of Canadian model Shannon Tweed and Kiss rocker Gene Simmons will join Victoria popera group the Tenors onstage at a show in Dallas on Friday.

Sophie Tweed-Simmons will be the special guest at the group’s show at the Winspear Opera House.

Her famous parents are flying in to attend, according to a press release.

Rita Wilson had joined the group for their show at Los Angeles’s Greek Theatre on June 1, a gig that prompted a congratulatory tweet from Simmons.

The group formerly known as the Canadian Tenors will wrap their tour on Saturday in Houston, and their next scheduled gig north of the border is Sept. 30 at Edmonton’s Winspear Centre.

The Tenors’ most recent album, “Lead With Your Heart,” was released last October and has since been certified platinum in Canada.
