Airborne deer kills Quebec motorcyclist
SAINT-CALIXTE, Que. – A Quebec woman riding a motorbike has died after being struck by a deer as it catapulted through the air following a collision with a car.
The accident occurred this morning in the town of Saint-Calixte, north of Montreal.
Provincial police say the 39-year-old woman died in hospital.
The driver of the car suffered shock and minor injuries.
