TORONTO – A woman convicted of murder in the starvation death her grandson has won a bid for standing at the probe into the boy’s death.
Elva Bottineau had asked to participate in the inquest probing the death of five-year-old Jeffrey Baldwin, who died 11 years ago while in her care, and the coroner has agreed.
