Arts on the Avenue showcases local creatives and the art community for the 11th year

Local artists will be out in full force for the 11th annual Arts on the Avenue on July 30. The returning one-day visual art event brings many different local artists, musicians, and creatives to Kelowna’s downtown to share, educate, and showcase their talent. From 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, happening on Bernard Ave, it is a free, family-friendly event to inspire the local art community and showcase local talent.

Plenty of vendors will be out in the market selling and showcasing their work. The event will also give people a hands-on experience to explore different artistic skills and crafts. Performances and demonstrations will be held throughout the day, giving locals a chance to meet and connect with the creative community.

From stained-glass to leatherworking, the event will showcase a variety of different skills that may inspire curious minds to get involved with the art form.

Festivals Kelowna runs the annual event and has been supporting the local art scene with numerous free-to-attend events throughout the year for vendors to also sell and showcase their work.
