The summer season of the Peachland Farmers and Crafters Market is coming to a close, with only a few Sundays remaining. The market has run every Sunday through the summer from 10 am to 2 pm, with September 27 as the last day of the season. The market offers beautiful lake views from Heritage Park and friendly faces from many of the local vendors selling fresh fruit, veggies, and a wide range of other handmade goods.
The market isn’t quite visible from Highway 97, and many people don’t know how quickly it can be to turn into Peachland’s downtown Beach Ave and grab a quick drink or snack from the market and carry on towards your weekend destination. It can get a bit busy close to noon, but if you don’t mind a small walk along the water, there is lots of parking available further down the strip.
As the weather is starting to cool off, it can get a bit chilly by the water, so make sure to check weather conditions before your next visit!
