Local artists and hobby crafters were out Saturday morning eager to see what the community donated for a craft supply swap hosted by the Kelowna Downtown Library. Locals who donated to the event were allowed early entry and could have a first look at other things that were free from community donations. Many drawing, painting, knitting, and sewing supplies were dropped off for anyone in Kelowna to take.
Donations were required to be new or lightly used in order to be dropped off for the event and were organized into different categories for sorting. While the event did slow down in the afternoon, people were still coming by to check out the event throughout the day.
