iN VIDEO: Le Cirque de France brings high-flying stunts to Kamloops

Aerialists, tight-wire performers, contortionists and FMX riders brought the Big Top to Kamloops as Le Cirque de France presented Gravity at the Mt Paul Events Centre.

The circus ran from October 8 to 11, giving local audiences several chances to see the 90-minute, animal-free production.

The accompanying video captures highlights from the show, including international tight-wire acrobat Geoffrey Berhault, aerial performances, roller skating, contortion, comedy and high-energy FMX stunts inside the tent.

The production brought together performers from a range of circus disciplines, combining traditional acts with a more modern style of live entertainment.

Families, teenagers and adults filled the audience throughout the Kamloops run, with the close seating under the Big Top giving spectators a clear view of the action.

Le Cirque de France continues its Western Canada tour following its Kamloops stop.
