iN VIDEO: Bookish Market brings book lovers aboard the S.S. Sicamous

A unique book market took place aboard the S.S. Sicamous on Sunday. Many locals came out and enjoyed meeting local authors and vendors, and explored the ship while enjoying some sweet treats and drinks.

Put on by The Collective Markets, guests could enjoy a fun afternoon with a flash tattoo, grab a free book from the book swap, and listen to some authors do a reading from their book.

Many guests enjoyed hanging out on the upper levels of the ship’s exterior and enjoyed some conversation with friends and family. It was a fun and educational day to learn about the history of the boat, and many book lovers enjoyed the atmosphere with the historic setting both inside and out.
