Vernon police ask for public’s help to find man wanted for assault

RCMP investigators are looking for information to help them locate a man wanted on assault, uttering threats and other charges.

Police say Jason Kenneth Babineau, 48, may be in the Vernon area, according to an RCMP media release.

He’s described as 6' tall, 186 lb. with brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Vernon North Okanagan RCMP at 250-545-7171 or remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, or by leaving a tip online at www.nokscrimestoppers.com.
