PENTICTON — Organizers of the 67th annual Penticton Peach Festival have once again secured a famous Canadian rock band to headline this August.
Trooper returns, having put on a record-breaking show in 2011, drawing a crowd of 7,000 people to Okanagan Lake Park.
“You know you always have a good time when you go to see Trooper,” said Festival Director Bill Kolter, who helped land the gig.
Other headlining bands include Emerson Drive on Wednesday, August 6 and the legendary Stampeders performing on Saturday, August 9.
Peach Festival is scheduled August 6-10, 2014 with free admission.
