RCMP seeking material witness in murder case

RCMP are seeking a material witness in a double-homicide case due before court in April.
B.C. Supreme Court justice Kenneth Ball issued a warrant for a witness in the trial of Roy F. Fraser, charged with two counts of murder.
RCMP discovered the bodies of 31-year-old Damien Marks and 24-year-old Kenneth Yaretz in 2009.
According to various news sources, Yaretz and Marks went missing in the spring of that year before their bodies were recovered from a shallow grave six weeks later.
Police searched for them on Fraser's property in Knouff Lake.
Fraser was released on bail last year and awaits trial April 2 before judge and jury.
