LAKE COUNTRY – A group of ATV riders turned into rescuers after one of their number took a tumble over an embankment Saturday afternoon.

The accident happened about off Forest Hills Road in Lake Country.

Global Okanagan reports a woman was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.

Members of the group helped Lake Country firefighters with the rescue.
