Head-on crash in Quebec kills two women
MONTREAL – Two women are dead following a head-on crash in Quebec on Tuesday afternoon
Provincial police say one vehicle crossed the centre line on a two-lane road just before 4 p.m. near the village of Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare near Joliette, Que., and about 60 kilometres north of Montreal.
The two women killed in the crash were among five people in the vehicle that was struck.
The others in the car and the second driver suffered non life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
