Former inmates in court after deal goes bad

A Vancouver man began his trial today on several charges after a jailhouse deal with his Vernon inmate soured once they were freed.
Darcy Jovic, 47, is charged with breaking and entering a dwelling with intent, criminal harassment, uttering threats, and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. He faces a judge and jury in Vernon Supreme Court.
In her opening statement, Crown counsel Cristina Cabulea said Jovic met Kimber Derkson, who now lives in the Lower Mainland, in 2007 while in prison. Once released, they struck a deal, Cabulea said. Jovic paid Derkson for "work he needed to have done." While it appears Derkson initially agreed—he took the money— he refused to do the task. At some point, he realized Jovic had a history of criminal harassment. Between 2009 and 2010 Jovic threatened Derkson, saying if he didn't repay the money or perform the work, he would hurt him, Cabulea said.
On June 17, 2010, Derkson's house on Alexis Park Drive in Vernon was broken into and several items—including a pre-paid cellphone, some tools, and a safe—were stolen. Derkson told police he suspected Jovis.
The Crown will call several witnesses, including members of the RCMP, a vehicle rental employee, a pizza delivery boy and a neighbour.
Cabulea said she suspects the biggest issue in this case to be one of credibility.

Why Not post some truth to this DIRTY LAW story infonews?1) Google the “Star Witness – KIMBER DERKSEN” with the correct spelling so everyone knows who the issue revolves around and who his mama + papa are. 2) Why Not make mention that this prolific criminal (POS) con’s mother is with the BC Justice Institute and that’s why he is always in the front door and out the back of every prison, then hidden on taxpayers expense in remote towns while his victims believe is doing time!3) Ordinary people have been use to RCMP/COURTS shoot to kill for next to nothing, speeding, mistaken identity, a father trying to see his daughter during a malicious divorce with NO restraining order etc. Yet, this degenerate is 100% RCMP + POLITICALLY protected at all costs on our taxes! (Here is a story for you!) 4) You also make NO mention that my original problem was a domestic family mater with major LEGAL FRAUD by Diann Castle & non other, BOB WESLEY CALVERT of Calgary. Derksen promised his mother’s clout and connections and she could expose/fix the mega fraud affecting many in Calgary and Derksen’s mother took $85,000.00 to write that wrong in Alterda! This I would only think, should have been the most important set of facts leading to your story that brings the conclusion as to why the RCMP had dealt with this in such odd way, by laying charges upon the victim (Myself) for having assistance in recovering funds from THE LAW personnel. I had little choice but to involve the ‘BIG BOYS’ who the RCMP and everyone else is afraid of. I now know only dirtbags get protected in the corrupt country, sad but, true. 5) Perhaps, there existed another aspect that someone in particular was acting as the justifier in this matter because the RCMP don’t have interest in protecting citizens from cons like this especially, if they are offspring/related to Lawyers and Judges, employees within the so called, self proclaimed, “Right & Honorable” criminal crown organisation. Double Standards or what? Authority, the people are onto you!6) Is this a 81 collection and that’s why the Law & Order keep dropping one Trial after another, all the while bleeding me dry$$$$$? How much more can be told…. lots!Stop relying on one sided info feed from the courts and police, everyone knows it can’t be trusted.
