Province-wide warrant issued for North Okanagan man
VERNON – Crime Stoppers is asking the public’s assistance in locating the following male who is wanted on a Province Wide warrant, as of April 28. He is wanted for Trafficking in a Controlled substance.
Scott Wilfred Neuls, 49, is described as Caucasian, 6’0” and 210 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
