Police looking for suspect who glued hundreds of anti-COVID posters around Kelowna

Police are looking for a suspect who glued hundreds of anti-COVID posters around Kelowna over the past month. 

The male suspect was seen on security cameras applying the posters at Stuart Park Sept. 23 at 1:22 p.m., and at the Queensway Bus Loop Oct. 3 at 5:15 p.m., according to a Crime Stoppers release which calls it 'mischief'.

He has been using a wheat paste to put up the posters around town, making them difficult to remove.

The suspect was seen riding a bike with reflective tape with panier bags on the back and a bike rack over the front tire. He was wearing a bright yellow helmet, a black biking jacket with reflective stripes and a backpack with a yellow safety vest wrapped around it.

Anyone who can help to identify the male is urged to contact Kelowna RCMP or remain anonymous by contacting Crime Stoppers.
