Luke Evangelista had two goals and two assiststo power the London Knights to a 6-1 win over the Flint Firebirds in Ontario Hockey League play Friday night.
Ruslan Gazizov added two goals and an assists for the Knights (18-8-1-0)
Elsewhere, it was: Peterborough Petes 6, Kingston Frontenacs 5; Mississauga Steelheads 4, Sudbury Wolves 3 (OT); and Erie Otters 3, Kitchener Rangers 2 (SO).
At London, Ont., Cody Morgan and Gerard Keane also scored for the Knights, who led 3-0 after the opening period.
Zach Terry replied for Flint (15-11-0-2).

At Kingston, Ont., Joe Carroll’s power-play goal at 19:07 of the third period secured the win for Peterborough (10-15-2-0). Martin Chromiak had a goal and three assists for the Frontenacs (17-6-3-0).

At Sudbury, Ont., Charlie Callaghan scored the overtime winner for Mississauga (20-7-1-2). Evan Konyen, David Goyette and Landon McCallum replied for the Wolves (8-16-3-0).

At Kitchener, Ont., Noah Sedore and Carey Terrance scored shootout goals to lead Erie (9-16-1-1) to the victory. Carson Rehkopf had the lone shootout tally for the Rangers (13-12-1-1) while goalie Pavel Cajan made 47 saves..
