Toronto Stock Exchange (12,202.04 down 31.91 points):
Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Transportation equipment. Up a penny, or 0.27 per cent, at $3.69 on 9,563,720 shares. The company is expanding its business jet repair capabilities in India. The aerospace division of the Montreal-based plane and train builder says a repair shop in New Delhi operated by current partner Air Works has been named a line maintenance facility for Challenger 604, Challenger 605, Global Express and Global Express XRS business jets. It will complement Air Works’ centre in Mumbai, which has been part of Bombardier’s authorized service facility network since 2008.
Starfield Resources Inc. (TSX:SRU). Miner. Down half-a-cent, or 50 per cent, at $0.005 on 8,191,370 shares.
Gran Colombia Gold Corp. (TSX:GCM.WT). Miner. Down half-a-cent, or 2.94 per cent, at 16.5 cents on 6,875,779 shares.
Twin Butte Energy Inc. (TSX:TBE). Oil and gas. Down three cents, or 1.05 per cent, at $2.84 on 4,115,325 shares.
Lake Shore Gold Corp. (TSX:LSG). Miner. Down five cents, or 5.56 per cent, at 85 cents on 3,348,103 shares.
Teck Resources Ltd. (TSX:TCK.B). Miner. Down 50 cents, or 1.65 per cent, at $29.89 on 3,183,989 shares.
TSX Venture Exchange (1,292.81 down 7.13 points):
WesternZagros Resources Ltd. (TSX:WZR). Miner. Up three cents, or 2.73 per cent, at $1.13 on 8,057,481 shares.
GoldQuest Mining Corp. (TSXV:GQC). Mine developer and explorer. Up five cents, or 5.21 per cent, at $1.01 on 6,195,351 shares.

Endeavour Mining Corp. (TSX:EDV). Miner. Down nine cents, or 3.61 per cent, at $2.40 on 326,222 shares. The company shareholders and Avion Gold Corp. (TSX:AVR) (Miner. Down six cents, or 6.45 per cent, at 87 cents on 321,153 shares) have overwhelming approved the takeover of Avion by Endeavour in a deal originally valued at $389 million. The two companies say more than 99 per cent of Avion shareholders and more than 93 per cent of those at Endeavour gave the thumbs up to the all-stock deal at special meetings held Friday.
