Brand new $145,000 ski boat and trailer stolen from local dealership

KELOWNA – A high end ski and surf boat was stolen from a Kelowna dealership over the weekend.

The 2016 Campion SVFARA tow/surf boat on a custom Phoenix trailer was taken from the McCurdy Road location by two white men driving a newer model, white SUV on June 19 at around 9 a.m.

A post to the Banner Recreation and Marine Facebook page says the boat and trailer are worth almost $150,000.

The theft was captured on video, which has been handed over to police but they are appealing to the public for information that could lead to its recovery.

If you know anything about this or any crime, call the Kelowna RCMP detachment at 250-762-3300.
