Police investigating accident near Wood Lake
LAKE COUNTRY – Lake Country RCMP are investigating a two-vehicle crash that nearly pushed a travel trailer into Wood Lake.
Police say around 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, a car attempted to pass the RV on the inside lane but it lost control and collided with the RV. Both vehicles nearly went into the lake. The driver of the smaller vehicle was taken to Kelowna General Hospital for undetermined injuries and no injuries were reported from the occupants of the RV. Police continue to investigate. Traffic was backed up several kilometers in both directions.
