Happy ending to stolen tricycle story

KAMLOOPS – A custom tricycle used by a teenaged girl with special needs stolen from her home on Renfrew Avenue has been returned to its owner.

RCMP say on Friday night they received a tip that led to the recovery of the trike on the North Shore.

“Police would like to thank the public and media for their attention to this theft which resulted in the recovery and return of the bicycle to a very appreciative young lady and her family,” Staff Sgt. Lane Jumaga says in a media release.
