
Mixed bag of weather in Kamloops this week prelude to summer’s return on weekend
KAMLOOPS – Expect more showers and cooler temperatures in Kamloops this week with the prospect of summer returning in full force just in time for the weekend.
Environment Canada says Kamloops can expect a 30 per cent chance of showers today, June 11, with a high of 19 Celsius and a chance of thundershowers.
Tomorrow is expected to be mainly sunny with a high of 22 C.
Wet weather returns Wednesday and Thursday with showers expected. Look for highs of 21 C on Wednesday and 19 C on Thursday.
Get the sunscreen out and be prepared to hit the beach as the weekend approaches with the forecast calling for a mix of sun and cloud, and a high of 24 C on Friday.
Saturday and Sunday it get even warmer with lots of sun and a high on Saturday of 27 C and 31 C on Sunday.
