Poppy donation tray thief nabbed
KAMLOOPS – The man believed responsible for stealing poppy donation trays from businesses on Victoria Street Nov. 12 has been identified.
Kamloops RCMP received two reports of a man entering a business and taking off with the tray containing donations.
Charges will be recommended against the 22-year-old Kamloops man.
